Any per square foot rate, price range or budget figure shown on this website or mentioned in an early conversation is an indication only. Actual cost depends on the covered area, the specification you choose, the condition of the site and the market price of materials on the day they are bought. Prices for steel, cement, timber, tiles and imported fittings in Pakistan can move considerably within a short time.

Only a written quotation issued by us for your project, within its stated validity, is a firm price.

5. Project timelines

Durations mentioned on this website are typical ranges drawn from past work. Your own programme will depend on the scope, the approvals required, the working hours permitted on site, the weather and the time taken to make selections and payments. The schedule in your written agreement with us is the one that applies.

6. Portfolio and testimonials

The projects shown on this website reflect the brief, budget and site of each client. They illustrate the kind of work we do and are not a promise that the same result can be achieved on a different property or budget. Testimonials are the personal views of the clients who gave them.

7. Approvals, bylaws and regulations

Building regulations and bylaws differ between housing societies, cantonment boards and development authorities, and they are revised from time to time.
