Meet
Ali Khan.
Ali Khan leads YHY Engineering, and he runs it on a simple belief: anyone building a home or a business deserves one team that designs it properly, builds it properly and stays answerable for the result. That belief shapes how every YHY project is planned, priced and delivered.
He brings years of hands-on experience in construction, and it shows in the way he works. He can look at a drawing and spot the problem before it ever reaches site. He is also always looking for a better material, a smarter detail or a cleaner way to sequence the work, which is why so many YHY projects feel fresh rather than off the shelf.
What people notice first, though, is how down to earth he is. Ali is as comfortable on site with the team as he is across the table from a client, he gives straight answers, and he gives a small renovation the same attention as a full building. That mix of creativity, dedication and plain honesty is what he has built the company around.

Behind every YHY project is a skilled team on site. Meet some of the people who turn our drawings into finished spaces, from the first steel frame to the last coat of paint.
Head Electrician
Plans and installs the wiring, lighting and power points, and makes sure every circuit is safe, labelled and tested before handover.
Painter Head
Looks after surface preparation, paint and final finishes, so walls and ceilings come out smooth, even and clean.
Welder & Iron Expert
Fabricates steel frames, staircases, railings and gates, and handles the welding that holds the structure together.
Tile Expert
Lays floor and wall tiles, marble and stone with straight lines, tight joints and level surfaces in kitchens, bathrooms and living areas.
Junior Carpenter
Works alongside the carpenter head on cutting, assembly and fitting, and learns the trade on real projects every day.
Junior Iron Worker
Supports the welding team with cutting, fitting and finishing steelwork on site, and gets sharper with every project.

YHY Engineering is a Lahore-based design and construction company. We plan buildings, build them and finish their interiors, for families building a home and for businesses fitting out a workplace.
Most problems on a project appear in the gaps between the architect, the contractor and the interior designer. We work as one team to close those gaps, so you have a single party responsible for the result.
