01 / Construction
A building is only as good as the work you cannot see.
Foundations, reinforcement, concrete, plumbing and wiring disappear behind the finishes, yet they decide how a building performs for decades. We supervise each stage on site, check materials as they arrive and inspect the work before it is covered.
02 / Who we build for
Homes and
commercial projects.
The same site discipline applies to a family house and a multi-storey commercial building.

08 / Questions
Good to know
before we start.
Answers to the questions clients ask most often about construction projects.
What is the difference between grey structure and turnkey?
Grey structure covers the building shell: foundations, frame, walls, plaster and basic services. Turnkey construction continues through finishes and fixtures, so the building is ready to use at handover.
How is the construction cost worked out?
Cost follows the covered area, the structural design, the specification of finishes and current material prices. We prepare an itemised quotation, so you can see what each part of the work costs.
What happens if material prices change?
Prices for steel, cement and other materials can move during a project. How changes are handled is set out in your agreement before work begins.
How long will construction take?
It depends on the size of the building, the design, the approvals involved and the weather. We share a programme with your quotation and update it as the work moves forward.
Can I visit the site during construction?
Yes. Clients are welcome to inspect the work at agreed stages. For safety, visits are arranged with the site supervisor.
Can you build from another architect’s drawings?
Yes. We review the drawings first, raise any questions with you and your architect, and then prepare our quotation.
