01 / Architectural design

Every building begins as a set of decisions about land, light and structure.

Before a wall goes up, we study the plot, its orientation, the bylaws that apply and how you want to live or work there. The design that follows balances space, daylight, ventilation, structure and budget, and is drawn in enough detail to be approved and built.

02 / Who we design for

Houses and
commercial buildings.

Whether the plot is for a family home or a business, the design starts from how the building will be used.

Residential architecture

Houses, villas and apartments planned around family life, privacy, daylight and room to grow.

Commercial architecture

Offices, showrooms and mixed-use buildings designed for visibility, access and efficient floor space.

03 / What we do

From first sketch
to working drawings.

Each stage of the design is handled by one team, so the building stays consistent from concept to construction.

08 / Questions

Good to know
before we start.

Answers to the questions clients ask most often about architectural design.

What does architectural design include?

It covers site analysis, concept design, floor plans, elevations, 3D views and the drawings needed for approval and construction. The exact scope is agreed with you and set out in your quotation.

Do you handle approvals?

We prepare the drawings required for submission to your housing society or development authority. Whether we also manage the submission on your behalf is agreed at the start and written into your quotation.

Can you build what you design?

Yes. Our design and construction teams work together, so the drawings we prepare are the ones we build from, and one team stays responsible through to handover.

How long does the design stage take?

It depends on the size of the building, the number of revisions and the approvals involved. We share a programme with your quotation and update it as the design moves forward.

How are design fees worked out?

Fees depend on the covered area, the type of building and the level of drawing detail required. We confirm the fee in writing before work begins.

Can you redesign or extend an existing building?

Yes. We survey the existing structure first, then design the extension or remodelling around what can safely be changed.

09 / Start your project

Ready to design
your building?

Tell us about your plot and what you want to build. We’ll arrange a site visit and take it from there.
